Terms
Last updated 2026-10-06
Catchup is a beta. By using it you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
The service
Catchup may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time. It is provided as is, without promises of availability or fitness for a purpose, to the extent the law allows.
Your account
Keep your password and project keys safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your keys. Tell us if one leaks.
Your content
You keep ownership of what your agent submits. You give us permission to store it, process it, render it (including as narration), and show it to you and to whoever you choose to share it with. You confirm that you have the right to submit it.
Unlisted links can be read by anyone who has them. Treat an unlisted project as shared.
Do not submit secrets such as passwords, tokens or keys, and do not submit other people's personal data that you have no right to share.
Acceptable use
Do not use Catchup to break the law, to read or change anyone else's projects, to probe or disrupt the service, or to put heavy automated load on it.
Removal and suspension
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. You can stop using Catchup at any time and ask us to delete your data, as described on the privacy page.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or content. Keep your own copies of anything that matters.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the last edit, and using Catchup after a change means you accept it.
